1. Anirban Lahiri
Anirban Lahiri is arguably the greatest Indian golfer of all time. Famous Golf Players from India 2023, since turning pro in 2007, Anirban has won 18 career tournaments, which includes two wins on the European Tour, and seven on the Asian Tour
Lahiri has 18 major tournament appearances, most for an Indian. His T5 finish at the 2015 PGA Championship is also the highest for an Indian at a major tournament.
Currently, Anirban Lahiri is a part of the Saudi Arabia-owned LIV Golf.

2. Jeev Milkha Singh
Son of the legendary Sprinter Milkha Singh, Jeev Milkha carved out his own legacy in a sport mostly uncharted by Indian athletes by becoming the most recognisable Indian golfer ever.
The Padma Shri recipient turned pro in 1993. Since then, he has won a staggering 20 career tournaments, which includes six wins on the Asian Tour and four on the European Tour. He has also participated in 14 major tournaments.

3. Arjun Atwal
Famous Male Golf Players From India and one of them is Arjun Atwal, along with Jeev Milkha Singh, was the face of Indian Golf back in the 1990s and the 2000s. Having turned pro in 1995, Atwal has a solid eight tournament wins on the Asian Tour and three on the European Tour, His career win tally adds up to 13.
Arjun was the 2003 Asian Tour Order of Merit Winner and was the first Indian to score a tournament at the prestigious PGA Tour.

4. Gaganjeet Bhullar
Gaganjeet Bhullar is one of the most prolific Indian golfer on the international level with a whopping 22 tournament wins. Famous Male Golf Players From India, he is in the conversation about being the greatest Indian golfer of the 21st century.
Having turned pro in 2006, Bhullar has the third most wins on the Asian Tour with 10. He also has one win on the European Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia. Having peaked with a ranking of 85 in 2013, Bhullar has emerged as a constant winner on multiple tours.

5. Aditi Ashok
25-year-old Aditi Ashok is the face of the new generation of Indian golfers who will bring golfing glory to the country. Since turning pro in 2016, Ashok has been a part of the Ladies European Tour (LET) and the LPGA, where she has amassed a total of six career wins. She has four wins in the LET and was the Tour’s Rookie of the Year in 2016.
Aditi also finished fourth in the Women’s Individual Stroke Play event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she finished 15-under par after four rounds. She also became the first female Indian golfer to enter the top 50 in the rankings.
