In accordance with Volaris cancellation policy, it permits customers to change or cancel their flight within 24 hours after purchasing tickets. Also, this policy states that any flight cancellation procedure performed within 24 hours of buying the ticket should be eligible for a refund. The airline will not charge a Volaris cancellation fee when the flight is due to depart seven days after the purchase of a ticket.
